Led by a Music Therapist, Sing it Girls! ® is an innovative and interactive group vocal program for female-identifying individuals! Grounded in research, this universal program incorporates breath work, vocal exercises, chanting, song creation, group singing, mindfulness practices and open discussion. Participants describe experiencing enhanced self-esteem, confidence, peer connection and self-calming techniques, as a result of engaging in this program.
Why join this program?
Because girls deserve to feel confident in themselves and connected to their peers and community. Self-esteem and self-worth can be nurtured in girls so that they grow to be confident young women and leaders. This program is ultimately designed to focus on building confidence in the girls that participate, thereby minimizing feelings of anxiety, worry and low self-esteem that they encounter in their lives.
Led by a Music Therapist, Tunes 4 Tots aims to bring parents and their tots together to engage in active music making. Music has been proven to assist in the development of language, motor control, emotional regulation and functioning, parental bonding, and so on. What better way for your kiddos to learn, grow, and feel connected to others, than through music!
Led by a Music Therapist, Healing Through Song aims to support you as you grieve, alongside others who are going through it, too. You will have the opportunity to engage therapeutically within musical and spoken domains, as means for achieving a sense of healing, acceptance, and hope for the future. Come as you are! We can’t wait to have you and support you along your journey.
Led by a Music Therapist, Music for You n’ Me aims to bring children together to explore music in exciting new ways. Participants will have the opportunity to explore new instruments, engage together in song, and compose their own tunes, while also learning about rhythm and theory basics. This is the perfect group for beginner musicians who may benefit from engaging in song with others in a nurturing and fun environment. We hope that in addition to learning all about music and experiencing the creative and educational benefits this program has to offer, your kiddos will leave feeling inspired, connected, and confident.
